Rachael Woodruff is living and breathing creatively in Seattle, Washington. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Art in Illustration and Design at Pacific Northwest College of Art, where she was born & raised — in Portland, Oregon. 

Rachael is an illustrator with an emphasis in hand-lettering, who is fascinated with image and language and how they function together. Her work incorporates playful, energetic marks, detailed linework and wonky shapes. 

Being in constant pursuit of turning the mundane into something celebratory, she loves reworking regular methods of communication. 

In her free time, Rachael enjoys creative writing, drinking absurd amounts of iced tea, and doodling on napkins. Every pun is intended.
